KARACHI: Gold improved by Rs172 to close at Rs48,557 per 10 grams in the local market Tuesday as its international price surged to $1,594 an ounce, market sources said.
According to Karachi Saraf Association official, tola (11.664 grams) price also increased by Rs200 to Rs56,650.
