"I don't want to single out taraweeh prayers, but any communal activity, such as people going to the large markets and congregations, is a total mistake in these times. Once you allow something like this, you cannot stop your more elderly and more religious people from going there ," says Dr Zulfikar Bhutta in an extensive interview.
