KARACHI: On Wednesday, BRIndex30 opened at 10,828.92. It touched an intraday high of 11,000.33 and an intraday low of 10,822.48 and closed at 10,996.56 which was 167.64 points or 1.55 percent higher than previous close. Total volume was 241,726,837, which was 75.8 percent of KSE All share volume and 94.18 percent of KSE 100 volume. The KSE All Share volume was 318,885,605 and KSE 100 volume was 256,669,032.

BR Tech. & Comm. Index closed at 472.25 with a net positive change of 2.39 points or a percentage change of 0.51 and a total turnover of 64,931,117.

BR Commercial Banks Index closed at 3,274.34 with a net positive change of 9.05 points or a percentage change of 0.28 and a total turnover of 42,038,666.

BR Cement Index closed at 1,139.13 with a net positive change of 1.05 points or a percentage change of 0.09 and a total turnover of 37,340,827.

BR Power Generation and Distribution Index closed at 2,168.01 with a net positive change of 39.24 points or a percentage change of 1.84 and a total turnover of 7,856,104.

BR Oil and Gas Index closed at 3,009.34 with a net negative change of -6.3 points or a percentage change of -0.21 and a total turnover of 4,427,156.
