ANP Khyber Pakhtunkhwa general secretary and deputy opposition leader in KP Assembly, Sardar Hussain Babak has asked the provincial government to respect the agreement reached with the opposition regarding equal distribution of the resources of the province.

While speaking during a meeting with opposition legislators here on Friday, he said that all residents of the province have equal right over the resources of the province as they have to pay dues of the government including utility bills, tax and penalties.

He said that the government should focus on the development of the backward areas. Babak, who is also the parliamentary leader of ANP in KP Assembly, said that not taking opposition into confidence has devastated the province. He said that the provincial government should take clear stance on the outstanding arrears of the province against the centre.
