KARACHI: President Asif Ali Zardari on Saturday called Defence Minister Ahmad Mukhtar to inquire about the progress in extending facilitation to the affected families of the plane crash tragedy.
Expressing grief, the President directed the Defence Minister that a comprehensive inquiry be held at the earliest so as to find reasons that led to such a tragic incident and to avoid recurrence of such tragedies.
He said the affected families be ensured all possible facilitation in transportation of the bodies to their places.
The President, while expressing his sympathies, prayed to Almighty to grant courage to the bereaved families to bear the huge loss with fortitude.
