British royal couple calls on President

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge called on the President here at the Aiwan-e-Sadr Islamabad. The Royal couple was accompanied by Thomas Drew, British High Commissioner to Pakistan, Simon Case, Principal Private Secretary to the Duke and Christian Jones, Communications Secretary to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, a press release issued on Tuesday said.

The president of Pakistan and the first lady welcomed the royal couple. The President commended the visiting dignitaries for their endeavors to raise awareness about mental health, climate change, and poverty alleviation. The Duke of Cambridge thanked the President for the warm welcome and hospitality extended to him and his entourage.-PR
