Chief Justice of Pakistan to hear petition on deteriorating peace in Balochistan

justice QUETTA: Three member bench of Supreme Court of Pakistan Quetta Registry headed by Chief Justice Mr Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry would make hearing on the petition about law and order situation in Balochistan here on Tuesday.

The bench comprising Justice Khilji Arif Hussain and Justice Tariq Pervez would make hearing on the petition filed by Balochistan High Court Bar Association about deteriorating peace situation, increasing incidences of kidnapping for ransom and other heinous crimes across the province.
