ISE-10 index witnesses bearish trend

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) witnessed bearish trend here on Thursday as the ISE-10 index was down by 14.7 points to close at 2776.39.

A total of 460,253 shares were traded, which were up by 76,603 shares when compared with previous day's trading of 383,650 shares.

Out of 135 companies share prices of 48 companies recorded increase, share prices of 87 companies registered decrease while that of zero company remained stable.

The share price of Sapphire Fibres increased by Rs. 5.33 per share, while the share price of Unilever Pakistan decreased by Rs. 109.84 per share.

Silkbank Limited, Bank of Punjab and Fauji Cement Company remained the top trading companies in Thursday trading with 300,000, 76,500 and 30,000 respectively.
