‘PM hazir hai’: Imran Khan says so far 680,000 complaints resolved by Pakistan Citizen Portal
Prime Minister Imran Khan praised on Wednesday the Pakistan Citizen Portal for resolving a total of 680,000 out of 800,000 complaints registered since the launch of the app.
The premier took to his Twitter handle to laud the complaint portal which was created by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) after it came into governance last year. The PM wrote that till now 1 million citizens have registered at the portal since its launch.
"On the resolution front: a total of 6,80,000 complaints were resolved out of 8 lakh complaints registered so far," the premier shared. He further said that is the true citizen's empowerment. He contended that this success was testament of people’s trust in the system.
"No political or bureaucratic reference required to reach out to a public office. PM Hazir Hai," the prime minister added.

The complaint portal set up at the PM Office was inaugurated on October 28 by the premier. The publics' complaint can be reached to the government through via telephone, email or written letters. The public can also register their complaint through the official mobile app of the portal.
