KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Monday at 18,825.49 points with a negative change of -218.57 and volume of 97,681,100 shares. High and Low were 19,044.06 and 18,762.12 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 3 were up, 27 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 124,639,640 shares. Total companies traded were 301 of which 103 were positive, 179 were negative and 19 were unchanged.

Commercial Banks was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 38,966,500 shares. It was followed by Technology and Communication with a total traded volume of 23,598,200 shares.
