RECORDER REPORT: PSX close of day

KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Friday at 19,074.05 points with a negative change of -103.30 and volume of 92,457,800 shares. High and Low were 19,304.66 and 19,005.56 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 12 were up, 17 were down and 1 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 142,026,680 shares. Total companies traded were 313 of which 150 were positive, 151 were negative and 12 were unchanged.

Cement was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 26,987,900 shares. It was followed by Commercial Banks with a total traded volume of 18,321,500 shares.
