DOHA: Qatar plans to invest 100 million euros ($130.3 million) in agriculture, tourism and infrastructure in Bulgaria, the Gulf Arab state's official news agency QNA said on Thursday.
The agency quoted Prime Minister Sheikh Hamad Bin Jassim al-Thani as saying Qatar has "a real desire to invest in Bulgaria".
The report did not give a timeline for the investment plans by cash-rich Qatar, which has been on an international acquisitions spree.
