KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Monday at 19,727.84 points with a negative change of -295.51 and volume of 90,994,900 shares. High and Low were 20,208.78 and 19,692.17 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 4 were up, 26 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 125,964,210 shares. Total companies traded were 305 of which 62 were positive, 227 were negative and 16 were unchanged.

Cement was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 24,626,800 shares. It was followed by Chemicals with a total traded volume of 21,774,480 shares.
