KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Wednesday at 19,605.32 points with a negative change of -396.43 and volume of 108,126,600 shares. High and Low were 20,069.29 and 19,579.82 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 2 were up, 28 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 172,862,800 shares. Total companies traded were 357 of which 68 were positive, 274 were negative and 15 were unchanged.

Commercial Banks was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 64,696,800 shares. It was followed by Vanaspati and Allied Industries with a total traded volume of 27,350,500 shares.
