PARIS: European Union soybean imports in the 2018/19 season that started last July totalled 11.4 million tonnes by April 14, up 9 percent compared with the same stage last year, data published by the European Commission on Monday showed.
* EU 2018/19 soymeal imports were at 13.6 mln t, down 9 percent from a year earlier.
* EU 2018/19 palm oil imports were at 5.06 mln t, virtually unchanged from a year earlier.
