KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Monday at 19,569.86 points with a negative change of -593.06 and volume of 67,967,600 shares. High and Low were 20,154.36 and 19,519.04 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 1 were up, 29 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 106,972,800 shares. Total companies traded were 351 of which 50 were positive, 286 were negative and 15 were unchanged.

Cement was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 20,268,500 shares. It was followed by Power Generation and Distribution with a total traded volume of 13,302,000 shares.
