Delegation of religious scholars calls on IGP Sindh  

KARACHI: A 5-member delegation comprising religious scholars of Wifaq-ul-Madaris called on Inspector General of Police (IGP) Sindh Dr. Syed Kaleem Imam at the Central Police Office on Tuesday.

The delegation discussed progress of investigations into recent incident of assassination attempt on religious scholars of Wifaq-ul-Madaris, said a statement.

The members of delegation expressed their satisfaction over security measures taken by Sindh Police on provincial level and also assured their full cooperation to the police.

Additional IGP- Karachi Dr. Ameer Sheikh, AIGP (Operations) Sindh and other senior officers were also present during the meeting.
