Qaim Ali moves petition in IHC for interim bail

ISLAMABAD: Former chief minister Sindh Qaim Ali Shah Monday filed a petition before Islamabad High Court (IHC) seeking interim bail in a NAB reference pertaining to fake accounts.

The petitioner had stated in his plea that National Accountability Bureau (NAB) had summoned him on March 27, for investigation in above case. The department could detain him, he stated. He prayed the court to stop NAB from arresting him and grant pre-arrest bail.
