ISLAMABAD: The National Assembly's Special Committee on Petroleum Prices on Tuesday discussed different options of giving relief to the people in petroleum prices.
The third meeting of the committee with Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Syed Naveed Qamar in the chair, deliberated on various aspects relating to the fixation of petroleum prices.
The committee agreed to meet again on Wednesday to further discuss the issue.
The meeting was attended by Mian Riaz Hussain Pirzada, Rana Tanveer Hussain Dr Muhammad Farooq Sattar, Dr Abdul Hafiz Shaikh, Advisor to the Prime Minister for Finance and Dr Nadeem Ul Haq, Deputy Chairman, Planning Commission.
