Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) said on Tuesday that it was ready to offer its services to bring back the Pakistani prisoners in Saudi Arabia who are being released on the orders of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman.

Welcoming MBS's orders of releasing the 2107 Pakistan prisoners, PIA Chief Executive Officer Arshad Malik said that the national flag carrier was ready to bring back the Pakistani prisoners back, local media reported. He said that the airline was awaiting government to take action and issue any orders in this regard.

On Monday, the Saudi crown prince who had been on a two-day official visit to Pakistan had ordered the immediate release of 2107 Pakistani prisoners in Saudi jails. MBS passed the orders on Prime Minister Imran Khan's special request.
