KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Monday at 22,717.47 points with a negative change of -300.50 and volume of 62,243,300 shares. High and Low were 23,028.98 and 22,531.86 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 2 were up, 28 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 98,841,360 shares. Total companies traded were 328 of which 75 were positive, 231 were negative and 22 were unchanged.

Cement was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 13,710,600 shares. It was followed by Commercial Banks with a total traded volume of 11,274,500 shares.
