ROTTERDAM: Asking prices for soymeal on the European meals and feeds market were slightly up on Monday in slow trade, supported by stronger Chicago soymeal futures on talk of improved exports of US soybeans, market sources said.
South American soymeal was offered between flat and $2 a tonne up from Friday mostly following stronger CBOT soymeal futures. February shipment Argentine high protein soymeal changed hands at $408 a tonne cif Rotterdam.
Most other products were mostly offered flat to a little up from Friday following the trend in soymeal. No deals were reported.
