RECORDER REPORT: PSX close of day

KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the upper side on Tuesday at 22,891.17 points with a positive change of 394.81 and volume of 116,019,700 shares. High and Low were 22,936.91 and 22,492.40 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 21 were up, 8 were down and 1 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 165,074,880 shares. Total companies traded were 340 of which 178 were positive, 143 were negative and 19 were unchanged.

Textile Composite was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 29,209,200 shares. It was followed by Cement with a total traded volume of 25,459,100 shares.
