KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Wednesday at 23,307.13 points with a negative change of -187.28 and volume of 125,571,400 shares. High and Low were 23,580.60 and 23,265.48 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 5 were up, 25 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 205,164,000 shares. Total companies traded were 373 of which 138 were positive, 220 were negative and 15 were unchanged.

Cement was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 48,036,600 shares. It was followed by Chemicals with a total traded volume of 19,064,340 shares.
