MILAN: Italy launched a 30-year syndicated bond sale on Wednesday, setting an initial price guidance of 20-22 basis points over its outstanding March 2048, BTP bond, according to a lead manager.
The Treasury is now taking indications of interest and expects to price the benchmark-sized deal later on Wednesday.
Banca IMI, BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs International Bank are the joint lead managers for the syndacated issue.
