Three members of a family lost their lives and three others sustained injuries in a traffic accident in Nowshera on Sunday. Police said the accident happened on Charsadda Road in Koz Khweshgi area near the Afghan refugees camp in which a speeding car collided head on with another car coming from the opposite direction. Those who lost their lives in the accident were identified as Dr Salman Farooq, who was working at the Mardan Medical Complex, his mother Farzana and Shahidur Rehman. The injured included Mehnaz and two children including six-year-old Aimal and 10-year-old Fiza.
