RECORDER REPORT: PSX close of day

KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Thursday at 21,646.34 points with a negative change of -45.52 and volume of 77,417,000 shares. High and Low were 21,817.29 and 21,624.91 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 9 were up, 20 were down and 1 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 112,051,470 shares. Total companies traded were 336 of which 137 were positive, 184 were negative and 15 were unchanged.

Chemicals was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 16,299,850 shares. It was followed by Technology and Communication with a total traded volume of 15,876,100 shares.
