PM pays tribute to martyrs of Gilgit liberation movement

Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi on Sunday laid wreath at Yadgar-e-Shuhada (monument of the martyrs) at Chinar Bagh here to pay tribute to the martyrs of Gilgit's liberation movement from Dogra rule. The prime minister also offered Fateha for the martyrs who sacrificed their lives during the struggle. He was accompanied by Chief Minister Gilgit Baltistan Hafiz Hafeezur Rehman, Governor Mir Ghazanfar Ali Khan, Minister for Kashmir Affairs Chaudhry Barjees Tahir, Marvi Memon and members of the GB Assembly and GB Council.
