Initiated about two decades ago, in Canada, the Transformation International Society (TIS) is the product of a vision where accessible and affordable Healthcare, Vocational Training and Education are not a mere concept, but rather a reality benefiting individuals beyond the boundaries of age, gender, race or ethnicity.

The TIS mega project is opening of Transformation Wellness Clinics in five major cities of Pakistan including at Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral sciences at Jinnah Hospital (JPMC) the largest tertiary hospital of Pakistan.
In recognition of TIS outstanding performance in the field of Public Service and Education, the President of Pakistan has conferred upon his Founder and Chairman Dr Imran Y. Muhammad, the highest civil award of Sitara-e-Imtiaz (Star of Excellence).
The earnestness and continuous efforts by the TIS in the field of education and social services have been accredited by the Government of Canada and the USA through various Recognition awards as well.

Transformation International Society regularly organizes Free Transformation Camps where several acclaimed and renowned Health and Mental Health Professionals render their FREE services to the general community. The intent to organize such camps is to disseminate and raise awareness in the society regarding available community health and mental health services and the significance of integrated treatment/intervention approach in promoting mental well-being and overall health. The TIS sponsors dialysis patients who find it difficult to afford medical costs. Usually, dialysis patients undergo three dialysis procedure weekly and twelve dialysis procedures per month. The cost of one dialysis procedure is Rs 2,500/-. The TIS Dastarkhawan feeds thousands of hungry individuals and provides food supplies to underprivileged families. During the holy month of Ramadan, special aftar is also served.
Transformation Institute of Management Science and Technology (TIMSAT) has been established under the auspices of Transformation International Society, committed to provide industry driven courses to the youth enabling them to find a suitable job and at the same time bridging the gap between industry and academia with quality trainings.
TIMSAT focuses on the services sector encompassing all possible portfolios with an aim to provide relevant human resources to the industry. Keeping in mind the growing demand in the service sector, TIMSAT has planned to extend its services and offer certification programs in the following disciplines:
