USAID, SCCI to launch WINDS initiative

USAID's Punjab Enabling Environment Project and the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) on Thursday signed an agreement to launch the Women Investment Networks of Dairy Sector (WINDS) initiative, a women-led business network in dairy sector of Sialkot.
US Consul General Lahore Elizabeth Kennedy Treudeau, USAID Provincial Director for Punjab Lea Swanson, President Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry Zahid Latif Malik, 30 female dairy farmers and representatives from Punjab Livestock and Dairy Department were present on the occasion.
