Dry weather likely in next 24 hours

The Met Office on Friday forecast mainly dry weather for the most parts of the country in the next 24 hours. Temperature in Kalam was zero degree Celsius while Dir received 5mm of rain, Kohat and Muzaffarabad 3mm each, and Parachinar and Balakot 2mm, in the last 24 hours.
Weather remained dry in the most parts of the country with an isolated light rain-thunderstorm and gusty winds in Malakand and Hazara Divisions, FATA and Kashmir. "Continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country. A shallow westerly wave is likely to affect upper parts of the country tonight," it said.
