The elections of Karachi University Syndicate will be held on Monday, April 09 at Arts Auditorium from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm, KU registrar notified on Wednesday. 4 faculty members will be elected respectively each from Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors and Lecturers.
Last date for submission of nominations is Monday 2nd April till 1:00 pm at Registrar office while the last date for withdrawal is 6th April. The final list of candidates will be announced on the same day. Objections to the voters list, if any, may be filed by Thursday 29th March. Faculty members who are on study leave/foreign leave or on deputation from this university will not be allowed to participate in elections even if they are in the city, unless they rejoin.
