PMEX daily trading report

On Thursday at Pakistan Mercantile Exchange Limited, PMEX Commmodity Index closed at 3,203 The traded value of Metals, Energy and COTS/FX was recorded at PKR 8.206 billion and the number of lots traded was 9,117.
Major business was contributed by WTI crude oil amounting to PKR 2.379 billion, followed by gold PKR 1.863 billion, currencies through COTS PKR 1.823 billion, DJ PKR 793.056 million, copper PKR 551.781 million, NSDQ100 PKR 365.197 million, silver PKR 240.423 million, platinum PKR 88.615 million, SP500 PKR 78.786 million, natural gas PKR 16.508 million and Brent crude oil PKR 5.425 million.
In agricultural commodities, 59,486 lots of red chilli amounting to PKR 10.457 million and 9 lots of cotton amounting to PKR 3.834 million were traded.
