KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Monday at 22,453.49 points with a negative change of -214.13 and volume of 83,111,700 shares. High and Low were 22,904.18 and 22,382.61 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 3 were up, 27 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 135,319,740 shares. Total companies traded were 354 of which 106 were positive, 221 were negative and 27 were unchanged.

Cement was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 34,673,100 shares. It was followed by Chemicals with a total traded volume of 21,224,570 shares.
