KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Thursday at 22,702.45 points with a negative change of -326.46 and volume of 98,365,000 shares. High and Low were 23,127.48 and 22,637.21 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 4 were up, 26 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 160,197,740 shares. Total companies traded were 362 of which 78 were positive, 268 were negative and 16 were unchanged.

Chemicals was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 37,747,380 shares. It was followed by Cement with a total traded volume of 22,587,200 shares.
