Nestle Pak declares 400pc dividend

KARACHI: Nestle Pakistan Ltd has posted a record profit after tax of Rs 4.668 billion for the year ending December 31, 2011 and declared a final cash dividend of Rs 40 per share.

According to financial results of the company despatched to Karachi Stock Exchange here Wednesday, the profit before tax also surged to Rs 6.502 billion as against Rs 5.698 billion same period last year.

The earning per share climbed to Rs 102.94 during the period under review, compared to Rs 90.69 in 2010.
