Shehbaz visits SGRH

Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Tuesday visited Sir Ganga Ram Hospital (SGRH) and spoke to the civilians and police officials injured in Lahore suicide blast on Monday and inquired about their health. Shehbaz visited different wards and went to the beds of those injured in the blast. He directed the hospital administration to provide the best medical treatment possible to the injured.
Talking to the injured police officials, Shehbaz Sharif said that nation as a whole is fighting against the terrorists and this struggle will continue till the total elimination of terrorists. He said that the morale of the brave police officials is high and added with certainty that the menace of terrorism will be uprooted from the country soon. He said terrorists and their facilitators will face exemplary punishments. He further said that coward but callous enemy has carried out ruthless attack and the nation will take its revenge.
Shehbaz said such coward attacks cannot shake the resolve of the nation and sacrifices of our martyrs will not go in vain. He praised doctors, surgeons, nurses and paramedical staff and said that he is thankful to them for taking care of the injured and performing their duties with honesty, integrity and professional zeal.
On the other hand, the police officials injured in Monday's suicide attack, while talking to Shehbaz Sharif said that they were ready to offer sacrifices for peace and stability in the country and their determination and morale was high. They assured the chief minister that they would not rest until the complete elimination of terrorism. They said that they would stand shoulder to shoulder with the chief minister in the fight against terrorism and they would shed last drop of their blood in the defense of country.
