MQM's Member Provincial Assembly Kamran Farooqi was indicted by the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in arms and explosive materials case after the submission of the challan. Kamran Farooqi denied the accusations and pleaded that the charges against him should not be framed because he is ailing from heart disease. The court adjourned the hearing till March 7 after calling the witnesses on the same date.
