The Centre for Excellence in Islamic Finance (CEIF), IMSciences Peshawar organised one-day training on the "Training Methods for Islamic Finance." Around 21 participants from various financial institutions including The Bank of Khyber, Al-Baraka Bank, Bank Al Falah Islamic Banking, NBP Islamic Bank, Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan including other institutions as Al Khidmat Foundation, Helping Hand International, and relevant faculty and students of Islamic Banking and Takaful attended the training.
The training was part of the broader Islamic Finance Education Programme in which CEIF IMSciences promotes best Islamic banking practices by offering a full-time MBA and PhD Programmes, published scholarly papers and books with world renown authors, and conduct capacity building programmes to integrate locally and globally acknowledged networks in Islamic Finance.
The participants admired the CEIF IMSciences' efforts for the capacity building of practitioners working on Islamic Finance at financial institutions, consultancies, and academia. Dr Karim Ullah, Head CEIF IMSciences concluded the session.
