Advisor to Prime Minister, Engr Amir Muqam has said that PML-N led federal government is only bringing real change and building new Pakistan by launching various development projects across the country. This, he stated while talking to PTI dissident MPA Ziaul Afridi during a meeting at his residence here on Saturday. On the occasion, the MPA supporters and inhabitants were present.
During the meeting, Ziaul Afridi appraised the Amir Muqam about issues of his constituency PK-I and Peshawar. Amir Muqam has assured him to resolve the issues on priority basis. Amir Muqam said that PM Nawaz Sharif will soon visit city and will announce mega development projects for Peshawar. He said the issues like electricity and gas shortages, will be resolved along with launching metro bus project, like Punjab and Islamabad in the provincial capital very shortly.
He said despite the provincial capital of KP, Peshawar was deliberately ignored and step-motherly attitude being made by the incumbent PTI-led provincial government, which was sheer unjust with Peshawarities.
Amir Muqam said the PML-N government had fulfilled its promises, made with masses during last general elections. He said the federal government top priority is to resolve the masses issues on priority basis.
He said the PML-N will again form its government in centre as well as in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, due to good performance during last four year rule in the country.
Later, a meeting was chaired by Advisor to PM Amir Muqam at Wapda house. Chief Executive Officer, PESCO Anwarul Haq, Chief Engineer Operation, Superintendent Engineer Swat along with other high officials were present during the meeting.
The meeting was reviewed the Pesco projects in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Amir Muqam has directed the completion of all Pesco projects on fast-track basis across the province.
