SBS to conduct CMI from February

Sindh Bureau of Statistics (SBS) in collaboration with Pakistan Bureau of Statistics, Islamabad is going to conduct "Census of Manufacturing Industries (CMI) 2015-16" from February 2017, in the province of Sindh.
CMI serve the purpose of measuring the structural changes in industrial output and Gross Domestic Products.
It is obligatory on all manufacturing units to provide the requisite information under General Statistics (Reorganisation) Act, 2011.
In this regard officers of Sindh Bureau of Statistics will individually visit all manufacturing units along with prescribed questionnaire.
