Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) spokesperson has on Saturday said that party's deputy convenor Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui had gone to Dubai for medical treatment and didn't meet former President Perver Musharraf there. After Farooq Sattar, another senior MQM-Pakistan leader, Dr Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, also visited Dubai. However, perturbed by the rumours, the MQM spokesperson denied the reports of Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui meeting Pervez Musharraf.
Talking to a private TV channel, MQM Rabita Committee member Amin ul-Haque said that Khalid Maqbool was in Dubai for medical treatment and will return soon afterwards. He said that the reports of the MQM-Pakistan leader meeting Musharraf were baseless.
