KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Wednesday at 21,639.75 points with a negative change of -350.05 and volume of 91,708,100 shares. High and Low were 22,037.53 and 21,579.22 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 6 were up, 24 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 136,979,740 shares. Total companies traded were 356 of which 100 were positive, 237 were negative and 19 were unchanged.

Commercial Banks was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 22,781,900 shares. It was followed by Chemicals with a total traded volume of 18,114,970 shares.
