Grams prices were lower on the wholesale grain market on Saturday in the process of moderate trading, dealers said. On the grams side, grams Australia No 1 was lower by Rs 150 to Rs 7850, grams Australia Dall No 2 fell by Rs 60 to Rs 9400, grams 50x50 lost Rs 250 to Rs 8500, grams Dall 50x50 fell by Rs 100 to Rs 10500, yellow peas Russia was down by Rs 150 to Rs 4300 and yellow peas Dall Russia dropped the same amount to Rs 4750, dealers said.
On the rice sector, Irri-6 Sindh picked up Rs 25 to Rs 2950 and Rs 3000, other types did not budge any side in the process of trading, they said. On the seeds front, cottonseeds oilcakes with bag Sindh new low type was unchanged at Rs 2000 while the best type was higher by Rs 25 to Rs 2075, they added. Prices were unmoved on the cereals side, they said.
