RECORDER REPORT: PSX close of day

KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Monday at 23,120.70 points with a negative change of -19.64 and volume of 86,377,500 shares. High and Low were 23,298.56 and 23,084.57 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 15 were up, 15 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 147,552,050 shares. Total companies traded were 363 of which 165 were positive, 186 were negative and 12 were unchanged.

Technology and Communication was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 23,302,400 shares. It was followed by Cement with a total traded volume of 18,783,300 shares.
