HOUSTON: Royal Dutch Shell Plc's 209,787 barrel per day (bpd) Convent, Louisiana, refinery began restarting the 16,500 bpd alkylation unit on Wednesday, said sources familiar with plant operations.
The Convent refinery's restarting 92,000-bpd gasoline-producing Fluidic Catalytic Cracking Unit (FCCU) remains on schedule to return to production this weekend, the sources said.
