ISE index down by 4.64 points

Bears dominated the proceedings at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where equities showed negative signs under the lead of hot favourite amid decrease in index. ISE Ten Index was down by 4.64 points as the ISE Ten Index moved from 3,354.43 to 3,349.79 points. The overall turnover amounted to 349,000 shares as compared to previous turnover of 155,500 shares.
Total 153 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (50) closed in negative territory, 103 landed in plus column and zero company remained pegged to its overnight levels. The volume of Silk Bank (Right) was 199,500 shares. The volume of PIA was 100,500 shares. The volume of K-Electric was 25,000 shares.
