Traffic jams become routine

Worst traffic jams have become a routine on main University Road at Samama Shopping Mall. It has also been observed that no traffic cop is seen on duty to control unruly traffic on this busy thoroughfare. The lawless motorists, especially motorcyclists and rickshaw drivers, violate traffic rules with impunity. Interestingly, these bike riders, rather than using the original route go wrong way just to save fuel for few yards. It is a considered opinion that all the traffic problems could be controlled if the traffic police perform their duty with devotion and dedication.
