ADC-II vows to achieve 100pc polio vaccination target      

KARACHI: Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC-II) Sukkur Muhammad Ayub Chachar has said anti-polio drops will be administered to all the children up to five-year-old during a four-day campaign in the district, starting from July 2.

The ADC-II, presiding over a meeting at his office on Saturday, urged parents to cooperate with polio teams and must get anti-polio drops administered to their children during the drive.

He said that the achievement of 100 per cent polio vaccination target in all the union councils will be ensured.

The representatives of PPHI, EPI, health department's officials, and town health officials attended the meeting.   He said all the stakeholders have to perform their effective role to get rid of polio.
