Knowledge Leadership in Innovation and Creativity 2014 (KLIC-2014), a first of its kind conference with eight international and three local speakers and facilitators, will be held on November 17-18, 2014, at the Marriott Hotel in Karachi. KLIC is the brain-child of creativity professional Rumman Ahmad a Karachi-based change leadership expert and creativity and innovation trainer and facilitator, who stated: "The purpose of KLIC 2014 is to bring to the forefront leadership skills required for fostering innovation in the Pakistani corporate sector."
KLIC will focus on how corporate leaders in Pakistan can create a climate and inculcate behaviours to stimulate creative thinking and innovation in their organisations. Organisers will aim to provide an understanding of what creativity can do for the corporate sector in Pakistan, both professionally and personally. Another pioneering offer for conference attendees is courtesy Andy Burnett of KnowInnovation who will be granting free access to a Creativity 101 course that his company created.
